






Create Inspection
Property Vision makes it easy to start a new inspection with just a few required details.
To create a new inspection from the File Management screen, click + Create Inspection.

Inspection Schedule
In the New Inspection form, enter or select the inspection Date and Time in the Inspection Schedule section.

Property Details
Complete the address fields in the Property section.

Contacts
The Contacts section allows you to add, edit, and remove contacts for an inspection. Use the Add Contact dropdown to choose how you want to add a contact:
Add from Contact List
To use a contact previously created in Property Vision:
Tap the Add Contact dropdown and select Add from Contact List.
Choose the contacts you want to include, and press Assign Role.
Then, use the Contact Type dropdown to assign a role to each contact and press +Add Contact.

Add from Device
To import a contact from your device:
Tap the Add Contact dropdown, select Add from Device, and choose the option to allow access (if prompted).
Choose a contact from the list and press Continue.
Select the Contact Type, edit the details as needed, and press Create & Add.

Create New Contact
To create a new contact and enter details manually:
Tap the Add Contact dropdown and select Create New Contact.
Choose a Contact Type from the dropdown and enter the contact's details.
Press Create & Add.
Once you've added a contact, press the pencil icon ( 


Services
Click + Add Service in the Services section to adjust various options for the inspection:
Use the drop-down menus to choose the Service, Template, and Agreement.
Check the box next to a Modifier to include or exclude it from the inspection.
Review the details, and then click +Add to add it to your inspection.

+Create
When you're finished, tap + Create at the bottom of the form to save the inspection.
That's it! Once you create your inspection, you're returned to the home screen where you can view today's inspections, create another new inspection, or view all inspections.
