Add Media to a Specific Comment
Use this method when you already know exactly where the media should go. Attaching media directly to a comment ensures precise placement with no extra steps.
To begin, open an inspection report, navigate to the comment where you want to assign media, and tap the camera icon ( 
) to the right of the comment.
Choose Media Type
Choose Photo to capture a single photo, Multi to capture multiple images in a row, or Video to record a video.
Capture Media
Tap the shutter button on your screen to capture the image or to begin recording your video. If you're recording a video, press the stop button when you're finished.
Use or Retake Capture
If you're satisfied with the image or video, press Use Photo or Use Video on the lower right. If you're not satisfied with the result, press Retake on the lower left to repeat the previous step.
