Set up your inspection tools

Log in to the Template Center to configure your inspection environment where you create or import your templates, agreements, and services and fees:

Create or import templates

Use the Template Center to build custom inspection templates that define the structure of your inspections, including sections, items, and categorized comments.

To begin, log in to the Template Center. Then, click +Create New on the upper right to open a new template in the template editor.

If you have a template set up in another software that you'd like to use, click the Import Template button on the upper right

Create agreements

The Agreements section of the Template Center allows you to create, edit, and organize your agreements.

To begin, log in to the Template Center, click the settings icon (  ) on the upper right, and click Manage Agreements on the Settings page. Then, click +Create New to create a new agreement.

Services and fees

The Services and Fees area of the Template Center allows you to create, edit, and organize the services you offer, and adjust the associated pricing and modifiers.

To begin, log in to the Template Center, click the settings icon (  ) on the upper right, and click Manage Services on the Settings page. Then, click +Create New to create a new service.

Sync your setup

Once your setup is complete, open the Property Vision app to automatically sync your templates, agreements, and services.

If the app is already open, tap the menu icon ( ) on the upper right and press Sync Now at the bottom of the menu on the left.
