Inspection Form
The Inspection Form is where you complete and manage the sections, items, and comments for your property inspection in Property Vision. Each section tracks your progress and allows you to document findings, add photos, and record commentary. Follow the instructions below to navigate and use the form effectively:
Tap the plus icon (
) on the upper right to add a new section to the form.Tap the clipboard icon (
) to view a summary of the inspection, including any Safety Hazards and Recommendations.The progress indicator at the top shows how many sections are complete.
Each section displays a status label: Not Started, In Progress, or Complete.
Tap a section to expand it and view its items.
Tap the options icon (
) next to a section or item to Edit the name, Delete, Copy, or Reorder it.Tap an item to view the comments, where you can manage Informational, Limitations, or Defects commentary. Click here for detailed instructions on working with comments.
Tap + Add Item at the bottom of an expanded section to create a new item.
