What your client sees

After completing an inspection, Property Vision gives you the ability to publish your report and share it with your client using a secure link.

To begin, make sure you've updated the payment status, and tap Publish to publish your inspection and generate a shareable link.

  • To email a link to your client, press the Email Report button.

  • To copy a shareable link, tap the copy link icon (  ) in the publish window. The link is copied to your clipboard and can be pasted into a text message, email, or any other communication with your client.

These same options are available when you press the Share Report button in the Inspection Overview.

Client Report View

When your client clicks the link, they land on a branded, report overview page that displays your organization’s logo and branding colors as configured in the branding section the Template Center.

The top of the page displays the property photo, address, client's name, and the inspector's name and contact details.

Below the property information is a list of reports shared with the client. Next to each report, the client can click Download to save a PDF copy of the report to their device, or click View to open and review the findings in the report.

View Report

After your client clicks View, the complete inspection is displayed with all sections, items, comments, and media. Your client can scroll through the entire report, or use the list of sections on the left like a table of contents to jump to a specific section.

This experience delivers a clean, professional, and branded report that’s easy for your client to navigate and understand.
