Services and Fees

The Services and Fees area of the Template Center allows you to create, edit, and organize the services you offer, and adjust the associated pricing and modifiers.

To begin, log in to the Template Center. Then, click the settings icon (  ) on the upper right, and click Manage Services on the Template Center Settings page.

Each service is displayed as a card with summary information including the title of the service and a description of the service’s purpose or contents. Action icons appear on the upper right of each card:

  • Edit  ) – Click the edit icon to open the service in the Template Editor.

  • Copy  ) – Click the duplicate icon to create a duplicate copy of the service. The new service includes (Copy) in the title.

  • Delete  ) – Click the delete icon to remove the service from the template center.

Create or Edit a Service

From the Services and Fees page, click the edit icon (  ) on the upper right of an existing service, or click + Create New to open the service editor.

Service Editor

In the General section of the service editor:

  • Enter a Service Name that clearly identifies the service, and enter a Description to explain what the service includes.

  • Choose the Template and Agreement you want to use.

  • Specify the Price ($) and Duration (hrs) for the service.

  • Use the Disclaimer text area to enter any legal disclaimer you want to include with any reports that use this service. Expand the panel below for a breakdown of each button available in the text editor's toolbar.

  • Bold icon (  ) – Makes selected text bold for emphasis.

  • Italic icon (  ) – Italicizes selected text for subtle emphasis or legal terms.

  • Underline icon (  ) – Underlines selected text for visibility.

  • Strikethrough icon (  ) – Strikes through text to indicate removal or deprecation.

  • Code Block icon (  ) – Formats selected text as a code block, useful for legal clauses or preformatted content.

  • Quote icon (  ) – Formats selected text as a block quote to highlight important statements or direct quotes.

  • Ordered List icon (  ) – Creates a numbered list for steps or obligations.

  • Unordered List icon (  ) – Creates a bulleted list for general points or clauses.

  • Style dropdown – Allows you to apply Normal (paragraph) or Heading styles to structure your agreement.

  • Hyperlink icon (  ) – Adds a clickable link to external resources or documents.

  • Align Left icon (  ) – Aligns text to the left margin.

  • Align Center icon (  ) – Centers the selected text.

  • Align Right icon (  ) – Aligns text to the right margin.

  • Justify icon (  ) – Distributes text evenly and fills the width of each line.

Modifiers

Scroll to the Modifiers section to create or edit optional pricing adjustments:

  • Click the edit icon (  ) to the right of an existing modifier to modify it, or click Add Modifier to create a new one.

  • Enter a Modifier Name (e.g., Rush Fee, Extended Area).

  • Specify the Duration Modifier (hrs) and choose a Price Modifier Type. Options include Fixed Amount or Percentage.

  • Once you've chosen the type, specify the Price Modifier ($) or Percentage (%) value.

Save Service

When you're finished, scroll to the top and click Save on the upper right to save your service and any modifiers.
