Comment Options
Tap the options icon ( 
) to the right of any comment to Copy, Delete, and Reorder comments, as well as Assign or Add media:
Copy a comment
Tap the options icon ( ) next to the comment and press Copy to create a duplicate of the comment that appears below the original.
Delete a comment
Tap the options icon ( ) next to the comment and press Delete. Then, press Delete again to confirm.
You can view and restore comments you've deleted at any time from the Deleted Comments archive.
Reorder comments
Tap the options icon ( ) next to the comment and press Reorder. Then, drag and drop the comment to a new position within the category using the texture icon ( 
) to the right of each comment.
Assign media
Tap the options icon ( ) next to the comment and press Assign Media to select media you want to attach from your Gallery:
To assign a single image or video, tap the thumbnail to open the Preview, and then press Assign on the lower right.
To assign multiple images or videos, Press Select on the upper right of the Assign Media screen, choose each one you want to include, and press Assign on the lower right to assign them all at once.
Once media is assigned, thumbnails appear in the Media section below the comment’s name and description. Tap a thumbnail to open it in the Preview screen where you can edit and annotate photos or assign location information.
Add media
Tap the options icon ( ) next to the comment and press Add Media to manually browse for media stored on your device that was saved or downloaded outside of Property Vision. Tap to select the media you want to add, review it in the Preview screen, and then press Use Media on the lower right to add it to the comment.
Once media is added, thumbnails appear in the Media section below the comment’s name and description. Tap a thumbnail to open it in the Preview screen where you can edit and annotate photos or assign location information.
