This article explains how to create, complete, and publish an inspection report in Property Vision using an order from your integrated Inspection Support Network (ISN) account.

Before you begin, make sure you've connected your ISN account to Property Vision. Click here for step-by-step instructions.


Create an inspection from an ISN order

Follow the instructions below to access your ISN orders in Property Vision and create a new inspection using the details from an order:

  1. Open Property Vision and press View All to view and manage your inspections and orders.

  2. Tap Orders on the upper left to view your ISN orders.

  3. Tap an order from the list to create a new inspection.

  4. When an inspection is created using an ISN order, a message is displayed that explains certain feature restrictions. Messages, agreements, and payments are managed through your ISN account. Press Continue on the lower right to proceed.

  5. Review the inspection details automatically populated from the ISN order. Then, complete any remaining fields, add or edit contacts, and add or edit services as needed.

  6. When you're finished, press +Create at the bottom to generate the inspection.


Complete and publish the inspection report

Follow the instructions below to complete your inspection and publish the report back to ISN:

  1. Complete the inspection as you normally would. Click here for detailed instructions on navigating and filling out the inspection form.

  2. When the inspection is finished, navigate to the inspection overview and press Publish to publish your inspection.

  3. Because this inspection originated from an ISN order, instead of generating a shareable link, Property Vision automatically sends it to your ISN account and displays a notification to confirm the report was successfully published and sent to ISN.

That's it! Simply swipe down on the notification or press the close button ( X ) to close the notification and return to the inspection overview.
