View and Manage Inspections

The File Management screen in Property Vision provides quick access to view and manage your inspections. Tap one of today’s inspections to view the inspection overview, or press View All to browse all inspections you’ve created. Then, tap any inspection in the list to open the inspection overview.

Inspection Overview

Once you open an inspection, the inspection overview is displayed with several interactive sections and tools.

1. Photo, Weather, or Map

At the top of the screen, Property Vision displays the default property photo. Tap the icons on the right to switch between the photo ( ), current weather ( ), and a location map ( ) of the property.

When viewing the default property photo, press the edit icon ( ) and tap Edit Photo to edit the current image or choose between 3 options to change the default photo:

  • Choose from Phone Gallery
    This allows you to choose a photo saved to the photo gallery on your device.

  • Choose from Inspection Gallery
    This option allows you to choose a photo saved to the gallery for the current inspection in Property Vision.

  • Take Photo
    Use the camera on your device to take a new photo of the property.

2. Inspection Information

Below the image, view appointment information, property details — including square footage and year built, and the payment status.

Tap the options icon (  ) to the right to manually synchronize and push your inspection data to the cloud.

3. Share Report

Tap Share Report to access a shareable link to the inspection report.

If you've published your report, you can also press Email Report from this screen to share the link with your client via the email address you entered for them.

4. Mark as Paid, Edit Services, View Gallery, and View Files

  • Press Mark as Paid to indicate that you've received payment and update the payment status.

  • Tap Edit Services to add additional services or edit the details of the services selected for this inspection.

  • Tap View Gallery to manage all of the photos and videos captured for this inspection. Click here for step‑by‑step instructions

  • Press View Files to view and upload additional files for this inspection to your Inspection Files.

5. Inspection Details

Tap Inspection Details to update key information such as attendance, occupancy, style, building type, access, and more.

6. Open Inspection Report

To begin the full inspection, tap the service below the Inspection Details. Click here for detailed instructions.

7. Preview and Publish Report

Tap Preview and choose Preview PDF or Preview Web to see a preview of your report in PDF or Web format before you publish and send it to your client.

Once you’ve completed an inspection and marked it as paid in Property Vision, tap the Publish button to generate a shareable link for your client.
